Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location within the USA's 48 contiguous states. At this time I do not ship internationally. Store item rates are based on weight and size. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
A giclee is a high-quality print of Adam's original or digital painting. They are stunning pieces of art on canvas, and are ready for you to stretch on stretcher bars. Each giclee will come to you rolled in a tube( Stretcher Bars not included)for you to stretch and hang when you receive it.
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
Unless a paper or canvas print specifically states, in its description, to be hand signed and/or personalized by Adam, then it will not be. Our print service provider creates each piece on demand specifically for you based upon your order details and then ships directly without Adam seeing it.
